XYD is mainly engaged in the R & D and sales of IGBT, MOSFET and 3th generation SiC / GaN power device chips. The products are widely used in charger / adapter, BMS, motor drive, switching power supply, LED power supply, photovoltaic inverter, inverter welding machine, inverter, new energy vehicles and other fields.

XYD attaches great importance to the protection and layout of intellectual property rights. At present, it has applied for 63 kinds of intellectual property rights, including 2 authorized invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 5 integrated circuit layout certificates, and obtained the certification certificate of intellectual property management system.

XYD won three product lines are IGBT Series, MOSFET device series and module product series. More than 100 competitive products cover the application of high-end mainstream power devices in the market.
